Returns and Refunds

I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact me at tribalmoongoddessboutique@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, I will send you a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back must first request the return to be accepted.

Please be aware that there will be a return shipping cost.

 Refunds

I will notify you once I receive and inspect your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that your bank or credit card company can take 3-10 business days to process and post the refund. 

 

 Damages and Issues

Please get in touch with me immediately in the rare event that your item is damaged or defective so that I can make the issue right! My customers mean the world to me, and I want to make sure I can do everything I can to make your purchase and experience amazing.
