Do you ship internationally?
I currently ship within the US and Canada only.
When will my order ship?
Most of my items are handmade to order! Currently, products are ready to ship within 2-5 business days.
Where are you located, and do you have a physical store?
I am located in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Unfortunately, I do not have a physical storefront, but shipping times from my location in Tennessee to yours are generally short!
Do you offer local pick-up?
Unfortunately, no. As of right now, I do all of my business online only. I work from my home studio, so I do not offer local pick-up. However, all my merchandise is listed online, and I ship within 2- 5 business days. With the added thrill of receiving a package in the mailbox, it's more fun than shopping in person!
My order says it shipped. Where is it?
To find out, please click on the tracking number provided in the email you received. Additionally, you can also find the tracking number in your purchase history. Often the USPS website updates much faster than the Shopify tracking service.
Incorrect Shipping Address?
Shipping labels are automatically printed through Shopify with the address you input during checkout. Because of this, I am not responsible for items delivered to the incorrect address. Therefore, please ensure you correctly input the address you need your items shipped.
If you order with the incorrect address and contact me before the item is shipped, I will cancel and refund your order. You should then update your account with the correct address and place your order again.
Should the package be returned by USPS, you can purchase a new shipping label, and I can resend your items to the correct address.
Returns and Refunds
I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, I will send you a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back must first request the return to be accepted.
Please be aware that there will be a return shipping cost.

I will notify you once I receive and inspect your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that your bank or credit card company can take 3-10 business days to process and post the refund.
Damages and Issues
Please get in touch with me immediately in the rare event that your item is damaged or defective so that I can make the issue right! My customers mean the world to me, and I want to make sure I can do everything I can to make your purchase and experience amazing.
Apparel Listings will have the sizing chart in the photos to ensure you get the correct size!
Please note that the T-shirts are a unisex fit, so they have more of an oversized fit. If you want something more fitted, I recommend sizing down.
All other items will have the size listed in the description.
How do I make sure I order the correct size?
Lay out your favorite top and compare the measurements to the sizing chart!
T-shirts and Sweatshirts
I recommend washing your item inside out on a cold and gentle cycle. Drying on a low setting is recommended for dryer use, but hanging is ideal for keeping your tops as fresh as always. Please do not iron or dry clean.
Hand wash only and pat dry! Please do not soak and do not place in the dishwasher or microwave.
